1. The Service Model

lesury provides a local multiplayer experience using a dual-interface architecture:

• The Host Display: A shared screen (TV/Monitor) acting as the central game board and "Source of Truth."
• The Player Controller: A mobile web interface used exclusively for input.

By using lesury, you acknowledge that the Platform requires both a primary display and individual mobile devices with internet connectivity to function.

2. User Accounts & Connectivity

Account registration and connectivity details:

• Account Registration: While guests can play without an account, creating an account requires authenticating via Google. We do not store passwords—authentication is handled entirely by Google. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your lesury account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the EU) to create a registered account on lesury.
• Host Responsibility: The individual initiating a game session ("Host") is responsible for providing the primary display and ensuring a stable internet connection for the central game state.
• Player Input: Players join via a temporary session code. You are responsible for any data charges incurred by using your mobile device as a controller.
• Latency & Synchronization: Because lesury utilizes a Pure Reducer Logic, game states are updated based on discrete JSON messages. lesury is not liable for "missed turns" or input delays caused by local network latency, hardware lag, or browser incompatibility on the player's device.

3. Game Data and Your Profile

When you use lesury with an account, we record and display game-related data:

• Game Session Recording: When a game session completes, we record the game type, player count, final results, player placements, and game statistics. If you are signed in, this data is linked to your account.
• Game History & Statistics: Signed-in users can view their game history, win rates, and per-game statistics on their profile page.
• Game Likes: We track which games users have liked. For signed-in users, likes are linked to your account. For anonymous users, likes are linked to a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics services to understand how the Platform is used and to improve the experience:

• Google Analytics 4: Collects page views and custom events related to game sessions, player activity, and platform usage.
• Microsoft Clarity: Records user sessions including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls to generate heatmaps and session replays.
• Vercel Analytics: Collects web performance metrics to monitor site speed and reliability.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge this data collection. You can limit analytics tracking through your browser's privacy settings, "Do Not Track" preferences, or ad-blocking extensions. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Since lesury is a social party game platform, users may be prompted to submit text, drawings, or other inputs ("User Content"). You agree not to:

• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal acts.
• Reverse-engineer the "Reducer Logic" or attempt to intercept the JSON message stream to gain a competitive advantage (cheating).
• Use the platform for any purpose other than intended social gaming.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Platform: All logic, game code, "Reducer" architectures, animations, and visual assets are the exclusive property of lesury.
• User Content License: By submitting text or drawings through your mobile controller, you grant lesury a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on the Host Display for the duration of the game session.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "As-Is." Given the architecture:

• We do not guarantee that the game state will remain perfectly synchronized if the Host's browser is refreshed or the socket connection is severed.
• We are not responsible for any "burn-in" or damage to TV/Monitors used as Host Displays.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lesury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures during a game session or disputes between players in a physical "room" setting.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your registered account and restrict your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. This action is most commonly taken in cases of violating these Terms, including but not limited to: suspected "botting", cheating, automated message injection into our servers, or submitting dangerously offensive User Content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
